Like also - printed and coloured the image 

created the back drop garden scene 
keeping it simple - used distress ink for background paper 
( worn lipstick -fossilized Amber - Evergreen bough) 
floral washi tape on the side & Inside the card

heat emboss the sentiment 

added couple of paper flowers
