Here is DT Inspirational card

the image is printed and colored in with Copic Markers

fuzzy cut and mount on 3D pop dots

die cut the word "celebrate" & die cut Big Ben Clock

use of gold foil cardstock

Distress ink the background in black to create night scene

used distress oxide for front panel ... to get a soft look ...

mounted on 3d pop dots

used gold foil .. and cut the border

distress ink ...the Big Ben Clock ...

used of Nuvo drops ...
