Keeping the layout to simple but effect ...

created black & white frame and dark blue in the background

Cutting up, another piece of black and white ( embossed) just lay them off setting

each other ...place the corner ( Noor Design ) with placing

snowflakes and white lace with thin white & black ribbon, hanging on then are

snowflake charm and golden Christmas bell

place the sentiment at the top left hand corner and some puffy clouds as stream from the train

and used white paint to create spots as snow .
