Here is my card 

card size = 5" x 6" 
printed the image and colored with Copic Markers 
matte on white cardstock 
distress the papers and added layers on card 
Layers gives great dimension to card 
die cut the doily in white cardstock 
used designer papers from stash 
few clear blings 
add sentiment
