Here is my card - using digital image 

Printed and coloured the image with Copic Markers 
cut and adhere on white card stock 
added mini bling on the image 
printed the sentiment and mounted on 3D pop dot 

I have scored and manually handmade the money wallet 
it was quite fun and interesting to make . 
I have used Christmas digital papers as they are so beautiful 
and it's a Celebration
