for this I am using No.2 colour palette 
 and hope I did justice 

Using image :
 Winnie Starfish/Sandcastles - Rocco swimming pool

Aperture Scene-Summer Breeze digi

Digital Papers -Mermazing Mermaid printable

Colored image with copic makers 

Die cut couple of stitched die 

used white tulle over the scene

die cut sea shells in gold foil card 

distress ink the tag and top over
mount the tag and image with 3D pop dots 

white bakers twine 

Add in few layers onto the card to get few dimension 

added in medical white gauze in the background . 

love the end result
