It is an Easel card 

card size is 10.5cm x 15cm 

printed and colored the image with Copic Markers 

created the background scene ... 

i, have placed the Gnome .. on a piece of acetate ...he shakes 

die cut some grass and place at the bottom of the card 

placing so blooms on top ... 

added so punched paper flowers 

added some liquid pearls & nuvo drops
