Colored in with Copic Makers
Fuzzy cut and mount the image on 3D pop dots
sentiment word from Tim holtz -word booklet
die cut and small circle and created a small shaker 

added in few sequins -pink, purple,gold
border from spellbinder 

sheer white ribbon
added few nuvo drops
