I love this image ... I think he is cheeky and cute

The image is printed on X-Press It Blending paper 
Colored in with Copic Makers 
used papers from my stash 
added few layers to get some dimension and   effects
mounted the image on 3D pop dots 
stamped the sentiment  
card size is 10.5cm x 15cm 

Hope you like what I have created ... 
I am happy with him ... he is just prefect
